  Came here for the retail and not the dining room. I collect HRC tee shirts everywhere I travel. Yes they are a little steep but I came on  21/9/2019, and there was a big sale going on. Buy three and get one free came to 129 SG paid with a AAA Visa card. Win win sit. here one free tee shirt, no foreign trans fee.

  I visit the Hard Rock Cafes in whatever city or country I visit and Singapore is no different. My friend and I were directed to a table and were given menus and a wine and cocktail list as well. I ordered a glass of club soda and my friend ordered ordered a Coke. My friend opted to order two sides-the Mac and cheese and s small salad. I decided to get the classic cheeseburger which I ordered medium well which came with lettuce, tomato and onion and American cheese. The food was delicious and arrived hot and promptly. Our server was attentive and accommodating. The tip is added to the bill so no need to tip again unless you feel your service was outstanding. I would recommend,

  My buddy and I ordered a giant Nacho plate, yum!! And two burgers. The food was generally very good although don't expect free refills on your coke... lol. Ambiance was really nice as well. The only reason this place gets a 4/5 is because the service in general was slow. We had to waive down the waiters to attend to us etc, but they are quick to bring our the food.
  Ps the Hard Rock Cafe mercy store is expensive!

  Really had a GOOD time at this Hard Rock.  Price was average for a Hard Rock, no more - no less than any other, and it was CONSISTENT with most Singapore restaurants in the area.
  
  GREAT selection of menu items to include foods unique to this area.  I REALLY enjoyed the Chili Crab dip with the tortilla chips (SUPERB), and the Burgers are TASTY.  I had the Java Lava which I would RECOMMEND.
  
  The atmosphere was FUN, and the service was ABOVE AVERAGE.  They were playing a mix of old school MTV music videos with some modern day selections.
  
  Lastly, I thought the merch selection was AWESOME for a smaller Hard Rock, and the prices were VERY REASONABLE.  They had a buy three T's get the 4th free promo.  I was able to outfit the entire family.
  
  While I wouldn't say this is a MUST DO, I would say MAKE SOME TIME and POP IN for a look.

  So the staff took our orders and somehow managed to forget us for the next 30mins. After waiting anxiously and seeing two other tables finish their meals and ours never arrived, I called to ask what's happening! That was when they realised the order had been missed out. I'm not sure how this could happen but it was a big letdown for me. I make it a point to visit a hard Rock Cafe in every city I travel to because the quality of the meals and service is quite dependable.
  I must commend the staff for a quick recovery as they were full of apology and did their best to try to make up for the mistake even offering to put one of the meals on the house.
  Aside that lapse, the overall experience was positive, the ambience was great, clean and staff were courteous and prompt. The food was also great as usual feel. Sad I can't rate it higher than 3 stars cos of my experience.
